Do I get a Membership card when I sign up?

  • You will receive a Universal Cinemas loyalty Membership card when you sign up at a theater, if you sign up online, a card will not be mailed to you but you can obtain one at any Universal Cinemas location. To earn points, online with or without a card, simply log-in with your Membership user name and password. In theater, we can look up your Membership Information using your phone number. ABO / Kiosk purchases require a membership card to scan in order to earn points.

How do I earn points?

  • Eligible Members earn 5 point for every RS 100 attributed to a qualifying purchase. Points are earned on all paid tickets. To earn points, either present your Membership card or provide your phone number before completing the transaction to receive credit (points) for your purchase. ABO / Kiosk purchases require a Membership card to be scanned in order to earn points. If you are making a purchase online, you must log-in to your Membership account prior to completing your transaction.

How do I redeem points?

  • Once you have earned enough points to buy a cinema item you can use your card or membership details to claim free cinema items including movie tickets and concession items.

Are points transferrable? Can others use my Membership?

  • No, Universal Membership card and account is unique to the person to whom it is registered, and points are non-transferrable. The points in a member’s account cannot be transferred or combined with a different member's account.

Do I need to present a Membership card when I purchase tickets?

  • To obtain points online, with or without a card, simply log-in with your Membership user name and password. In theater, we can look you up using your phone number. Kiosk purchases require a Membership card to scan in order to receive points.

How do I get credit for purchases made online?

  • To obtain points for online purchases, simply log-in with your Membership user name and password. Members who sign up online can request a Membership card at the theater. We do not mail Membership cards.

What benefits do I get for being an Universal Member?

  • 1 POINT= 1 RUPEE
    Members will receive points in following situations;
    1) When they first create an account (to encourage people to sign up via website ) 50 points
    2) If they use their card within first 60 days of sign 10 additional points per ticket
    3) Every time they see a movie 5%
    4) On purchase of 10 movie tickets additional 50 points
    5) Upgrade from regular to premium seat 10 Additional points

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS BY REQUIRING BINDING ARBITRATION OF CLAIMS, WAIVING CLASS ACTION AND CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION CLAIMS, AND WAIVING THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY. YOUR PARTICIPATION IN Universal Loyalty IS SUBJECT TO YOUR AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ARBITRATE YOUR CLAIMS AGAINST Universal, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE DATE. YOU AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR DISPUTES BETWEEN US THAT ARISE OUT OF OR RELATE TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN Loyalty MUST BE RESOLVED THROUGH MANDATORY, BINDING ARBITRATION, RATHER THAN LITIGATION IN COURT. THAT MEANS THAT AN ARBITRATOR, NOT A JUDGE OR JURY, WILL DECIDE ANY CLAIM.

These terms and conditions ('Terms') govern the Loyalty. Loyalty is operated by NC Entertainment .By purchasing a membership (whether for yourself or another person) or otherwise participating in, enrolling in and/or using loyalty, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as amended from time to time (the 'Site Terms'). Universal reserves the right to change (add to, delete or amend) these Terms or any other aspects of loyalty at any time, upon reasonable notice to loyalty Members in accordance with these Terms. Please check the Universal Website periodically for changes. If you violate these Terms, universal may terminate your membership, bar you from future participation in loyalty, cancel any unredeemed Points and Rewards, and/or take appropriate legal action against you. As a condition to membership in loyalty, you agree to comply with the terms of all offers, promotions and programs of universal and any advertiser, sponsor and partner at all times.

1. Membership in UNIVERSAL LOYALTY.

  • loyalty membership accounts are limited to legal residents of Pakistan one who are 18 years of age or older. Members under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian to enroll. An individual may not have more than one loyalty account, and you agree not to participate under more than one loyalty account. No business entities, organizations or groups may register for loyalty or earn Points or Rewards in loyalty. Membership is valid only at participating universal Theaters in the PakistanYou agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your loyalty account or password (as applicable) and you agree you will not sell, transfer or assign your membership or any membership rights. If you access your loyalty account online, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for restricting access to your computer (or other device, as applicable) so that others may not access your loyalty account.

2. Membership Enrollment

  • To enroll in UC loyalty p, you must provide the requested information, including, but not limited to, name, date of birth, telephone number, zip code and e-mail address to UC by either: 1) visiting www.universalcinemas.com (the 'UNIVERSAL Website') to register online or 2) registering at a participating Universal location. After you complete your registration Membership Cards may be obtained at any Universal location after verification of registration. Universal reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify information collected when you open your loyalty account and, at any time, to suspend or terminate your account and your ability to participate in the UC loyalty for any reason and without notice to you, including, without limitation, if Universal determines or suspects you of fraudulent activity or non compliance with any provision of these Terms or Site Terms. As provided in Section 6 of these Terms, such suspension or termination may result in the loss of your Points and Rewards. You are responsible for maintaining accurate, current, contact information and Universal is not responsible for any inaccurate information supplied by you.

3. Conditions

  • Universal, in its sole and absolute discretion, may periodically offer loyalty Members the opportunity for additional or bonus Points on particular transactions or special offers. The purchases and transactions that qualify for Points and the corresponding Point amounts are set forth on the UNIVERSALWebsite or in other materials available at universal locations. Universal reserves the right to change, modify or update such items and Points at any time. Points may not be earned for: (i) any taxes paid on purchases or transactions, unless such taxes are included in the posted prices of such items, (ii) purchases of beverages (iii) gratuities, (iv) purchases of an Universal gift card or gift certificate or loyalty membership; or (v) purchases or transactions made using Points. Universal is under no obligation to provide IGCMP Members with any particular number of loyalty Point-earning opportunities, special offers, or to send messages to them. Universal reserves the right to limit loyalty enrollment at any time.
